Personal Trainer: Walking and You

Want to get the most out of your walking routine? Then it's time to get in step using your Nintendo DS system! Personal Trainer: Walking uses an Infrared Game Card to connect to the included Activity Meter™ accessory, which measures your life rhythm and step count as you walk. You can check the data recorded by the Activity Meter accessory on your Personal Trainer: Walking Game Card and use it to experience all the fun features of the software.

Activity Meter

The Activity Meter accessory is your friendly walking guide, keeping a watchful eye on daily steps while in your pocket or bag. It measures how many steps have been taken per minute, and can record up to a week's worth of step data. The data is quickly and easily transmitted to the Personal Trainer: Walking Infrared Game Card. Two Activity Meter accessories are included with each copy of the software for you and a friend, family member, or pet. Clip it to a shirt, belt, or a pet's collar with the included Activity Meter Clip Connector - then head out for a stroll!

Carry, connect and check
  1. Carry: Keep the Activity Meter accessory in your bag or pocket as you walk!
  2. Connect: Transmit your data to the Game Card with the push of a button.
  3. Check: Discover your Life Rhythm by checking your walking routine. See the results with a variety of in-game graphs and fun activities!
